2020
We achieved a significant milestone by obtaining its first Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) license in Hong Kong, enabling it to offer an expanded range of services to clients across different jurisdictions.
2021
China & Partners further expanded its portfolio of services, adding investment consulting and more complex structuring solutions to its offerings. This included assisting clients with overseas listings, Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) transactions, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
